If you do not check the consent box, you will not receive marketing calls, texts, or emails. You acknowledge, if you do opt in, that:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
By registering for, bidding in, purchasing from, consigning property to, or otherwise participating in any Central Florida Auction transaction, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to the transaction or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and not in a lawsuit in court and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You knowingly and voluntarily waive your right to have any such dispute decided by a judge or jury.
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, shall take place in Polk County, Florida, and shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with those rules. The arbitrator's award shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Florida substantive law and the Federal Arbitration Act govern.
Class-Action Waiver. You waive any right to participate in any class action, collective action, or consolidated proceeding against Central Florida Auction. Claims may be arbitrated only on an individual basis.
This provision does not apply to claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law, or to disputes that qualify for small-claims court, which may be brought there instead. If any part of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part shall be severed — provided that if the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, then the entire arbitration provision shall be void. This provision survives the termination of these Terms.
By using Central Florida Auction services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
